Telemetry trying to ping deleted environment

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue where an environment has been deleted, but the Telemetry function is still trying to contact that environment every 5 minutes or so and is swamping the Event Viewer with errors.

Has anyone experienced this before and know how to stop it? I know how to disable telemetry through the admin console for active environments, but this one is long removed. My first thought is to readd the application server through the administration console, disable the telemetry, and then delete it again, but I’m wondering if there’s an easier way I’m missing.

Contact support perhaps??? Probably easier to readd the app server, not sure how the telemetry functionality works though, A new app server created with they same name may not necessarily equal the old app server…

Any Epicor people here that may be able to suggest an aternative?

I ended up readding the application server and then removing it again, which seemed to fix it.
