# Terminal Server- Session Errors

We are not currently using the Citrix add-on, however I do have the ability<br/>
to reset connections which I haven&#39;t tried. I am certain though that both<br/>
the client workstation and the connection are both configured 800 X 600 if<br/>
that is what you are referring to when you say screen resolution. <br/>

I&#39;ve seen those same errors on our Citrix logins. It doesn&#39;t happen very<br/>
often, but I think the problems are due to conflicts with the screen<br/>
resolution of the client and what Citrix connects at. I&#39;ve gone to the<br/>
Citrix server and re-set the connections with problems and that seems to<br/>
work. I don&#39;t have a for-sure answer though.<br/>
