Juliet,

Errors 0 & 599 are usually ODBC related and occur if you have not run
the outer join fix. With Terminal Services, 2000 in my case, you need to
run the outer join fix for each TS profile.

I have a strange one for you all but I hope someone out there knows what
to do.

We run Microsoft Terminal Services 2003 for our terminals on the shop
floor. Obviously, they are very restricted.
We run Vantage 6.1.522.

I log on to the terminal server with my username and password.
I am in the domain administrator group.
I logon to Vantage with the shop logon we need to print the report.
The report prints fine.

I log on to the terminal server with a shop terminal username and
password.
I logon to Vantage with the shop logon we need to print the report.
The report gives a variety of errors 0, 599, etc.

To me this points to a security issue on the terminal server. What
files/folders/dlls do we allow so crystal reports in vantage will work
for someone who is not an administrator?

Juliet,
I don't use this process but I think I remember something in the past about
having to have each user pointing to their own vantage temp folder, or maybe
it's just that they need write access to the temp folder. I think that
might point you in a direction thought, someone else feel free to pop in
with the correct answer.
