Request a document from epicor on how to setup PROMON on your server. If its
already setup you want to run PROMON.
Select item 8 "Shut Down Database". (don't worry your not going to
shut it down.)
You will get a list of all sessions running.
Select 1. Disconnect User.
Enter the session number listed in the first column under "usr".
Enter x to exit.
Enter q to quit. (Promon)

Subject: [Vantage] terminating user session

Hi all. I need to know how to cancel a user session in vantage 6.1. Where to
go, what to do? I have a user who is not logging out correctly from home on
terminal services resulting in him showing as having multiple sessions
running. Temporarily I have allowed him more than one session at a time, but
for example right now he is using 3 licenses because of two terminal
sessions showing up on top of the actual session he is using in the office
right now. We have limited amount of licenses and he is blocking other users
from access.

Help please?

Thanks-
