I went ahead and cleaned out the directory, no change. In the log files I get the following,

Look in your \Server\Logs\ it gives you more detail, my guess it has
something to do with a corrup .P in the BPM folder, if that's the case
Rip out anything in \\mencken\Epicor905\BPMExec\LiveBPM\bo\BONAME\.p
This should be re-created when you restart your app server (Replace LiveBPM
with whatver instance you are on)
