Joanne,
I have been told by development that clicking yes will not corrupt
your database. We did so many times on both our live and test
databases and never had any problems. I later found out there is a
document on resolving this error message. Contact support and ask
for Page 6293MPS. It is very detailed and should take care of your
problem. Also, from my understanding, this happens when you select
English/United States instead of English/USA II (that is not
mentioned in the doc).
