The SMTP Server for Company has not been configured

Good morning,

We duplicated the Test application to make another Test copy (aka. Test2), but when resetting password for a user in the Test2, we received this error message.


Is it the error message mentioned about SMTP protocol?

And could you please suggest a way to fix it so email could be sent out from the Test2

Yes, this should be SMTP.
The settings are specified in Company Maintenance UI on Email and reporting tab.

Hi @rnguyen - did you get this resolved? We’re having the same problem. We’re using G-suite on Kinetic ERP - cloud hosted.
