There is no outstanding WIP balances for this material

I have a group of jobs that had material not issue when the operations were completed. This in itself is odd, not sure why this happened.
Then when I went to issue the material to the job I received a Business Logic Error “There is no outstanding WIP balances for this material”.

Does anyone know what this means? Or how to get this material to issue?

What method/menu are you using to issue the material?

sounds like someone may have completed the job and cleared wip?

The job was not completed when I received the error. I was going to close it but all of the material had not been issued so I couldn’t. Therefor that is why I was trying to issue it manually.
