Has anyone implemented an advance forecasting an planning solution to E10? Our main interest is being able to forecast components to assemblies and have Jobs decrement the component forecast much like sales orders decrement the forecast for finished good items. In addition we want the solution to suggest/create Jobs to satisfy the component forecast forecast.

Do you have Epicor’s Advanced Scheduling already? If you do, that functionality is called Master Production Schedule. You might not need a 3rd party application

Yes we currently use APS and MPS.
