Has anyone seen this error and if so any idea why it is happening?
This is happening so infrequently, the only thing i can see from EAC is the user has been in MES and then has moved into Kinetic but the license still being used is a DC one. Like i said, it isnt happening a lot but when it is we are having to delete the session from EAC and then clear the user cache in the browser as it will not allow the user to login back to Kinetic. When they try and login, they click sign in and the screen just refreshes, clearing the cache resolves this.
It depends on how the user initially logged in to the system and was assigned a license – consuming a ‘Kinetic’ (or ‘DefaultUser’ when reviewed in Session Management) license or consuming a ‘DataCollection’ license. In this case, the user initially logged in to ‘Data Collection’ and was assigned a ‘DataCollection’ license, which has limited access compared to a Kinetic license.
I have an end user who goes into MES , issue material , then after they enter the job and the information loads they right click on the job to go to job entry and does not work. This use to work as of Friday 11-14-25 , thoughts?
Epic care is notating to me that they need to be using a full license but the MES user has been able to use this since November of 2024
