I have a job here which only completed 1 operation and job is not closed. Unable to recall Time and Expense Entry, due to “Partial Posted”

May I know in what condition will caused this entry Posted?

Capture COS/WIP Activity? Or which function user pressed and cause this entry “Posted” ?

Capture cos/wip posts the transaction for the dates selected.
