Time out error

Tamara,
There is a progress timeout setting...
That said, also make sure that you don't have the network card to go to
sleep. Power saving on the network card will cause the same situation.
There are other causes as well, but I thought I would offer this up as an
initial check.
Good luck,
Aaron Hoyt

Subject: [Vantage] Time out error

Has anyone had an issue with a user stepping away from Vantage for 15
minutes and returning only to click on Vantage and it disappears. The user
does get back into Vantage quickly, but it is a little frustrating and
inconsistent. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you,
Tamara

We are using Vantage 8.0 and have not yet gone live. I have noticed a similar problem. When working between multiple screens, I notice that some of the minimized screens disapear even though I never closed them. However, my initial session stays open and allows me to quickly re-open the program.
