Time Phase Inquiry No longer shows Orders or transfers

Since yesterday morning, before 9:30, time phase inquiry was showing as expected.

Then the user did a refresh of the view and all the orders vanished. Only jobs are showing…

Looking at PartDtl table and no orders are showing!!!

I did redo of MRP for a specific part and specific plant (so faster) and orders are not comming back!

In 10 years of using Epicor, it is the first time this is happening…

Epicor support sent me some programs to run ( Recalculate Part Low Level Code), but it did not change anything…

Any thoughts?

Sales orders primerally for the parts I verified… Usually it shows in a timely manner a mixture of sales orders and jobs to produce the parts in those sales orders… showing that the totals are ok to fulfill the shipping of a release…
