# Time Phase Mtl Req Report - Over Maximum

I am using 10.0.700.4 and I noticed something odd within the report. I disabled the "Over Maximum" option within the Exceptions pane but still had entries show up as "Over Maximum" in the "Balance Exception" column. Does anybody know what is driving this? It feels like a bug but I want to make sure before I take it any further.
