We have a problem with the time phase material report in Vantage. I have two purchased, stocked parts that are set up exactly the same with a minimum on hand of 25, one has 9 in stock one has 11 in stock. One part is printing on the report, but the other is not. Have any of you seen this problem? I researched it for about an hour today, but can't find anything that is different between the items. I also identified more parts that are not printing on the report, but are well below minimum.
Any input would be appreciated from you guys.
Thanks

Hello Group,
Has anyone had any luck with building a Crystal 8.5 Time Phase
Report? I've been working on it and have an unresolved problem - I
need the Total OnHand Quantity for each given part within the
company. I currently get it by having a separate report called
OnHand. It is grouped on PartNum and has PartBin.OnHand as the
detail. I subtotal the detail into the footer of the group. I hide
the group header and detail, but display the group footer containing
the PartNum and OnHand subtotal. This can be exported to an excel
file. I then read this into Timephase. My question is how to
integrate this OnHand subtotaling into the timephase report without
using subreports? I tried subreports and it took Crystal about 4
hours to provide a preview.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try linking to the PartWhse table and using the OnHandQty field, in theory
you would be doing a timephase for that part in a particular warehouse, if
you don't have a bunch of warehouses setup or are using virtual warehouses
within your plant this will get you the onhand total without adding up a
bunch of bins in a sub report (crystal) or extra sort/group in report
builder.
