I've tried something similar. I've worked with BAQs a lot and if you know how to use the inner/outerjoins then it might work. However, sometimes when there is not relationship within the tables you might have to create from the SQL database. I don't know how to use it, but I had specialists doing that for me , and based on that building my BAQs. Try reading the Epicor Tools User Guide first to create the BAQ.
