I’ve seen it around in some form in many applications over the years.
Would be interesting to find out if the original story from both inside & outside Epicor is known.
It’s one of those playground screens for testing UI customization stuff.
Lately, I use ABC Code, but I used to use the Tip screen because I wouldn’t mess anything up.
