Token Authentication is Disabled

We are unable to login to Epicor. When we try via the smart client, we get this message

Even when trying from the browser, we get an error looking like this

Is anyone else running into this, or does anyone have some words of wisdom? I’ve already submitted a ticket to EpicCare. Don’t remember seeing this one before…

Not sure if this is worth me adding to so if the topic should just be deleted I can do that. Looks like Epicor knew what the issue was because it seems to have been resolved.
