Track PO Approval Chain

We would like to track the multi-level approval chain for POs, not just the last one, which is all you get in POApvMsg - each record overwrites the previous one.

The table does not have a change log, so the usual change log data directive will not work. It seems very odd that the entire approval chain is not captured somewhere, but I cannot find it.

So…

1. Is this data somewhere? I thought I saw a reference to it being in PO tracker, but did not see it.

2. What is the best way to go about this? Do we need a UD table?

You should be able to add a change log on that table. You will have to create your own data viewer for it.

Change Log for the the UD100A Table

I’m I missing something or is there not a Change Log for the UD1XXA tables? The option is there in UD100 - UD110 but not in UD100A - UD110A I thought it might be in the table drop down for UD100 but as a data directive it makes sense that it is not listed there either. [image] [image]
