Tracker Textbox issues

I have a dashboard that shows records in the orderhed with a date range set of boxes. That is working fine. I have also added a Customer.Name filter textbox that works but it always changes to the current line Customer.Name. I would like that tracker epiTextBox to stay blank until someone types in it.

A little help please?

In the Tracker View properties, check the Input Prompts Only box.
