Transfer Opening Balances

We ran our Transfer Opening Balances process, as we do every year. Up until now we have not had any issues. This time we have one account, which was newly created in 2022, that did not transfer over. I have re-run the session several times and it still won’t transfer. I have reviewed the account setup and can’t find any issues with the account itself.
Any ideas on what prevents a single account from pulling over?

Did the log file show anything?

Was it set up as an expense account? Did it maybe roll into Retained Earnings?

It is a balance sheet account

Check the COA Category the segment is linked to. Is that category marked as an Income Statement or Balance Sheet category?

Thank you, yes we had a new staff accountant that made the IS and BS side of the transaction as part of the same category rather than two different categories.
