We are trying to ship a transfer order but get the error “Not all cartons shipped sucessfully. Carton 120 would result in negative on hand quantity”.
Looking at the On-Hand Quantities, almost all lines on the shipment we do not have stock in the appropriate warehouse and Bin.
What seems to have happened is that we have previously shipped this transfer order, but then unshipped it. Its possible the transactions were not removed (I can still see STK-PLT records in part transaction history) so when we are trying to ship it again, there is no stock.
Is this a known issue with un-shipping transfer orders and what is the best way to fix ?
