There is a company Trial D that is offering their services for AP process in our company. Can anyone share your experience with this company or their program? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

I think it is called Traild, maybe?
It was made by an Epicor customer actually.
Have you done a demo with them yet? I have never used it nor do I know anyone on Epicor using it personally, but I do believe they have several customers on Epicor/Kinetic using it.
Yes, the company is Triald for Epicor- Kinetics. They did a demo for us. The program seems very reliable I just looking for feedback from current users. can anyone provide feedback on this product ? Thanks @utaylor

You should ask them if you can talk to some customers that are currently on Kinetic and use their AP automation tool, did you already ask them that?
Hi Gerry. Yes, Traild is an AP solution developed by another company here in Australia (like us) and is used by a number of Epicor customers around the US (and some other places too). We know it because we actually use it as part of the OCR stack for our AP Automation solution, based on the Advanced Requisition Management platform, used widely in the Epicor customer base. The OCR is their core capability, the workflow aspect fairly simplistic but ok, and the integration to Kinetic again fairly simplistic but works very reliably for what it does cover. If you need more on the extensibility and flexibility on the workflow side, or more specific integration points with Epicor in jobs, projects or line-level GL coding, let me know and we can get you to have a chat with one of my US colleagues.
