I am using the following tables for a report that we use for production

The problem is I ran the report 3 times within 20 minuites because jobs
were not dropping off. The transactions of either final op complete or
job close didn't affect the report(drop off) until the final run, like
there was a delay or something. Does anyone have a suggestion.
