We had a bug in our Epicor 9 application that has since been fixed that caused it to “void” some serial numbers. The “help” application mentions that you can “unvoid” a voided serial number by using a positive quantity adjustment. However, when we tried to do this we ended up “adding” Quantity on Hand for this part and we don’t want to do this. How would this be done properly to make sure our QTH stays correct and the serial numbers get unvoided?
