ttQSalesRP email address is empty 9.05.701

Thanks for your reply Greg. The answer was to look at the Post processing directive and the data was there.

Hello,
I am attempting to create a BPM to send an email to the salesperson that is listed on a quote once the quote has been quoted (approved).

When I attempt to create and email or informational message based on the information in the TTQSalesRP table the Global Alert log gives me an error stating no email address. The Message with included field data indicates that there is nothing in the ttQSalesRP.emailaddress field.

When I look at the actual table in SQL the QSalesRP table does not have an email address field.

The data dictionary indicate that there is no email address field on that table.

Field help on the form for the Sales Person email address indicates that the Epibinding field is QSalesRP.emailaddress, but the DB field is blank

In the past where there is nothing in the DB Field, I have been able to find the information in the PatchFld table, but not this time.

Does anyone know where/how the system derives the data for the ttQSalesRP.emailaddress field?

Is there some complex logic in Quoting that determines where the email address is obtained and if so how could we possibly dumb it down a bit so it actually does use the email address field on the Salesperson tab on the quote form?
