UD Service Designer and Solution Workbench

Anyone has ever created a .cab file using solution workbench for a new service using UD Service Designer?

My question is what item do you choose for the element? What is the procedure exactly? I can’t find enough documentation for this.

None of the listed items seem like an appropriate choice for a Service.
