I have some UDFs on the RMA Form, works fine. However, if the RMA is created from Case Entry, the first time the user brings in the RMA the UDF fields are there. The next time she does it the UDF's are gone. If she goes back into RMA directly they are there, and then next time she tries to bring in the RMA through Case Entry they will show. Seems to be a cache issue but just wondering if anyone else sees this on other apps that are being called by another?
