Hi All,

My company had a power outage for 4 hours. After the server was back
up everybody clock in. HR was to adjust the clock in time in labor
entry to the start of the shift, however can only do so for people
who did not work on any direct jobs. People who worked only on
indirect labor could be changed.

Any suggestions ?

Make sure your accounting person did not run the Capture COS/WIP for the
date in question.

You may want to contact Epicor Support, as they have a program that can end
the activity on hung labor entries. (I think it is called endact.r)

Hi Doug
This is probably a silly question, but, was HR attempting to change
the log-in times while the employees were logged in?

Doug
