Unable to apply Custom Layer to built-in forms

Good afternoon,

I have a custom layer for the Supplier page, and it is saved and published. I am unable make the custom layer default for the built-in Supplier. When I navigate to the Supplier through Material Management, all options are greyed out and unclickable. The only way I have been able to use these custom layers is by publishing new main menu items but the snag is the context menus also point to the default Supplier menu item, not the custom.

I have this issue on both the web client and the smart client. We are on version 11.2.400.6. On the smart client, I have also tried editing those fields with the classic and kinetic view, with no change. I have every permission in the system, at least available through User Account Security Maintenance.

I am relatively new to Kinetic, so please be gentle :slight_smile:

Hi, you need to look at context menu maintenance, this will allow you to select the customisation that opens when you right click and open with.

Thank you, that was exactly what I was looking for. I also had to Copy to Customization before applying the new Process ID. After doing that and refreshing, the context menu redirected to the correct customized page.
