Unable to change received QTY after inspection completed

Hello.
Does anyone if there is a way to change received QTYs once inspection has been completed and released?

We received the wrong QTY and need to change it. Problem is, no one in my company knows how to change QTY’s once inspection has been completed and released into inventory.

Also I am not sure which version of Epicor was are using.

Welcome @MPI !!

Unfortunately, you have run into the Receiving Inspection wall that everyone hits. Once inspection is complete, there is no going back. You can only adjust out the inventory or put it on an NCR.
