Unable to change system agent directories on new server

FIXED!

Had to blank out and retype the password for the printservice account. Got a hint by looking at the error detail. Could have used a better error message though.

The system agent is running under an account called printservice. I even tried promoting that user to a security manager, then logging in under that account but get the same error. What am I missing?
