Unable to display BP Directive on 10.2.100.9

I have created BPM (Business process Management) and successfully imported.

I’m unable to see created bpm in solution during build the solution.

I have checked and found its available in front-end and database level.

So, Please guide me if any changes in 10.2.100.9 . Because same BPM is showing in older version like 10.1.600.18

Yes, Its custom BPM. I got answer in database level. but how to resolve in front-level
