Unable to Edit New Event on Application Studio

I have trouble to edit an new event in application studio, when i create a New Event, it always appear empty without trigger widget and unable to rename:

Do you get the same result if you use the browser instead of the client?

Yes, same problem in smart client (Home Page) as in web browser Firefox, Chrome and Opera in a fresh demo database Kinetic 2021.1.6

Edit:
This problem occurs only when the the App Server doesn’t have internet access.
