We moved to Kinectics 2023 on the cloud this year from a 10.200 On premise version. We have always imported our budget using the Action menu on Account Budget Maintenance menu. We are now unable to import the file and get the following message.
Could not find a part of the path ‘C:\EpicorData\93305\Users\BETTE\Import\budget 2024.xlsx’.
We have tried importing from different users, including our IT Admin who has permissions to the entire network and still get a similar message. Has anyone else run into this and if so, what was the solution? We are currently working with support but they have not been able to fix the issue so far.
