Unable to Log In When Employee Linked to User Account

In testing our next upgrade to 2024.2.13, when I test the log in as employee 1 and work and then log out to log in as employee 2, I’m getting a REST error.

Access denied: REST calls must pass a valid API key

Method: GetRows

We ran into a similar issue in 2024.1 but only for when a function is called. We have two tickets now open with Epicor under similar issues. Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue.

Epicor support responded with it’s an already reported bug under problem number: PRB0292771
