Unable to post AR Promissory notes

In my 503 server\reports folder, I have an ARPromNotesEdit.rpt file but no
ARPNEdit.rpt file. Check yours and see if that's the same. If so, make a
copy of ARPromNotesEdit.rpt and name it ARPNEdit.rpt. If that works, I would
report it to Epicor as a bug.

Hi,

In Epicor 9.04.502B, I tried to post payment Instrument Entry in AR, but the AR Promissory notes Edit list lis not working and it cannot be posted.
It shows error message as follows:

The following application error was encountered:
Load report failed.
