Unable to print Customer Name on SO

If you have a formula in Crystal Such as

Field + Field + Field and one of those fields is NULL it won't display
correctly, so I'd make sure that if you have that kind of a formula for
displaying the address that those fields are not null

Thanks

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
We are currently using Vantage 8.03.408B. We have one customer that has omissions when printing an SO Acknowledgement. It will print the customers address, but not the customer name or the city, state, postal code or country. We have deleted the customer name and address information in the master file and retyped it, but we have not had any luck trying to print SO's with that customer only. All of the customer information is in Chinese characters, but we have never had this problem with any other customer.

Has anyone else seen this problem before? If so, what have you found?

Thanks, Cindy
Are you saying some Chinese font prints OK, but not others?
Check the font size. We have shipping labels in Cyrillic characters, and I've seen where font size 12 would print fine, size10 would be blank, size 8 would print fine, etc. I don't have an answer for why that is, but might be your cause.

Or are you saying that any Latin alphabet fonts print fine, but all Chinese ones do not?
Does it look normal in preview?
In this case, maybe the Chinese font is not installed on whatever machine is rendering the preview or print job.

Hope any of that helps.

Actually, the font is the same on all SO Acknowledgements. We have multiple customers that are Chinese, so the name, address, city, state/province, and country are all in Chinese. Only one customer is the problem. It is the only one that has the problem of only printing the address line and no other line. Even the country does not print, and that is just a choice from the master file and is not keyed in separately.

Print and print preview only shows the one address line. My original thought was that a shift, alt, or function key was inadvertently typed when added this customer. However, if that was true, then when it was retyped, it should have removed this odd thing.

So...I have no idea.

Thanks, Cindy
