We had an individual accidently add two serial numbers to a job. Can anyone direct me to the correct way to remove it? The correct job/serial combo has been listed as shipped. We are receiving an error whenever we try to close the job. The highlighted serial number is the one that needs to be removed.

Did you try unassigning it in serial number assignment?
Yes, we tried that. But it still wouldn’t allow the job to close even with it being removed from it. I also tried to remove serial tracking from the part but was unable to due to the part having a transaction history. We ended up using a DMT to just close the job. It posted a variance, but accounting was happy that they were able to close it.
