Thanks for the advice everyone. We will not be loading Epicor back on this machine as it is an older machine that has an older version of Epicor we are no longer using. We have since bought a dedicated server to install our main instance of Epicor on. I was just trying to free up space on it the best way possible.

I never setup any server that I plan to keep around without doing a full wipe and re-install of the OS.
I also recommend that you consider the drive configuration and try to spread the load between drives as best as possible.
