Epicor 9.05
I am converting Purchase Orders into Epicor 9.05 using the Data Migration
Tool DMT version 1.0.4.3.
During PO details, DMT runs fine when the line ium and pum fileds are EA
(meaning "Each" which is the default UOM Class: Count). But when a part in
the line details is a different UOM Class (e.g. FT stands for Feet) it gives
an error: "Unit of measure not found for Class: Length UOM:EA". But the ium
and pum in the excel file for import are FT already, not EA. Of course, FT
is already setup as a UOM in the system with proper conversion under the UOM
Classes. For some reason it doesn't like other units except those under the
Count UOM Class.
I tried to add a column with the name UOMClassId in the excel file for
importing, so that each line would link to the correct UOM class (Length in
the above example), just like in the part table, but DMT doesn't accept this
column in the PO details.
Does anyone had this problem and found a workaround?
