Unix/linux

Lets hope it is an option. The Data Shiek Bill Gates has put me off with
his "pick your pocket" licencing rules.

According to my non formal knowledge this is an option for
Vantage 5.2 (possible May 2002) or later version

If I am wrong forget my interference

Has anybody run Vantage at the Server level on UNIX or LINUX? If so what
version? - Mandrake, Redhat, FreeBSD? What versions are supported by
EPICOR?

If so, do you have the documentation on how to set it up? Does Epicor
provide documentation similar to the literature provided for setting up
Vantage on WIN2K Server? Did you have to set up SAMBA as well? What are
the
pros and cons?

Thank in Advance,

Fausto
