If anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it. I have a report builder report made in progress that sorts and totals labor entries by departments. For each operation, there may or may not be up to 5 variances recorded, The trouble I have is with the unkown factor "?" when there aren't any variances recorded against an enty, the report still leaves 5 blank lines under each entry, I can fix this by manually hitting delete when setting unkown factor for each variance field, and this works as long as i'm in report builder, but report builder does not save this change when I exit. I can't put this out on the menu tree structure for general access like this.
