Unpick Sales Order got error after selected a SO

I have a user report that his PC always got an error “Input array is longer than the number of columns in this table” when he wants to unpick an sales order in the function of “Unpick Sales Order”. The error will prompt after he search an SO or Input by manually with SO number, line and release no.

The problem can be temp. fix by “Clear Client Cache” or restart the application. However, the error will be happened again after few days.

How can i fix the problem?

Try uninstalling the client, clear out the files on the workstation (the ones in C:\ProgramData\Epicor), and re-installing the client.
