I want to create purchase order other lines, for items not in our part
master, with a unit of measure of boxes, cases, and some other special
UOM. I don't want any automatic conversion to occur - both our and the
supplier qty should be 3 boxes, and the price will be per box. But if I
add a box UOM into the Count UOM class, it will try to convert (wrongly)
to EA. I tried adding just a UOM and not adding it into a UOM class,
but it doesn't appear in the PO entry combo box. And I don't want to
add these one time purchases into our part master.
What's the best way to handle this? Epicor 9.05.603.
