I created an updatable BAQ/Dashboard, it works (I can update the desired fields) in both the BAQ and the Dashboard. But it only works in the Dashboard when I run the dashboard from within Dashboard Maintenance. Running It from the new menu, the dashboard opens and displays everything correctly, but the updateable columns (cells) can’t be updated.
Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening? I’ve created a few other updateable dashboards in the past that have always worked.
Also make sure you’re deploying the dashboard for the smart client and kinetic through the Tools > Deploy Dashboard dialog, and that you use “Dashboard - Assembly” for the menu entry instead of “Dashboard - Runtime”
