We are trying to grey out lines within an updatable dashboard, based on conditions. It seems we cannot make it work, while setting a color works perfectly. Anyone has been able to make this work?

Are you setting the DISABLED row style in the rule? If so, what result do you get?

We’ve tried with DISABLED and READ-ONLY… it does nothing. Any idea?

if you want to exclude the line from updating, filter it out completely from your updatable dashboard

Have you verified your rule is correct? For example, if you set a style of HIGHLIGHT or ERROR, does it color the line? If it does, do you have GRID only checked?
Well well… by doing a dashboard assembly and adding a customization on top of it, I was able to use the customization wizard tools (I’m not a programmer) and have my rows greyed out.
