We have an updateable dashboard that has several panels on it all with individual updateable queries behind them. I have copied the entire dashboard to make some updates so I don’t disturb the original dashboard while working on the new one. The problem I am having is some BAQs on the dashboard that I haven’t modified are now not updating. The original dashboard still works fine.
I have tried clearing my client cache and have deleted what I believe is the proper cache file under ProgramData/Epicor…/UserConfig. I have verified the menu is set to Dashboard Assembly.
Is there a different cache file I need to delete or something else I need to do to get the dashboard to work as it does on the original? It’s just so odd that something I didn’t touch is now broken.
What did you change on the queries that you did modify?
If your dashboard had any publish and subscribe filters, check they are still setup correctly.
It seems that there was something messed up in the custom form on top of the dashboard. I exported the original dashboard form then put it on top of the new one and it appears to now be updating properly. I thought I added the same custom code to refresh the form after the user clicks the Save button but something else must have been different.
