We have some customer situations where, after the quote or sales order is complete with all the order lines, the customer comes back and wants to get a discount. Since the quote/order lines are already there, we cant apply the discount at the header, we have to manually go into each line and apply the discount. Anyone writtten a BPM to handle this?
