THe other way is through ODBC connection using MS Query or Access2003
but be veryt carefull there are a lot of tabe tables roughly 8 that
have to tbe updated due to you are effecting costs and dollars on hand
when you adjust inventory outside of the system forms. If you have
someone that is very good at finding all the loop holes when modifying
table you can do this but it is my recomendation to use the cycle count
program so your accounting does not get screwed up. Also found
sometimes the records are not recognizable if you make mistake of
string verses numeric field. Good luck
